About Your Coach

A Decade at the Top

From winning British National titles across cyclo-cross, criterium and MTB, to representing Great Britain at the Commonwealth Games and World and European Championships, I spent over a decade competing at the highest level of professional cycling — including podium finishes at the Tour of Britain and Tour de Yorkshire, and victories in UCI 1.1 international races.

Since 2014, I've been coaching riders across a wide range of disciplines and abilities — from riders training for their first sportive or charity event, to experienced racers looking to compete smarter and perform at their best.

My coaching philosophy is simple: structured, personalised training that fits your life. Every plan is built around your goals, your schedule, and your current level — using the same principles I relied on throughout my own racing career.

What sets my coaching apart is the care, commitment, and attention I bring to each rider. I work with a limited number of athletes so I can stay invested in your progress, adapt training when life gets in the way, and help you build confidence alongside fitness — not just chase short-term numbers.
